Terms of Service

Shrimp Tank Live · Effective 25 October 2026

Shrimp Tank Live is a free, live YouTube broadcast of a shrimp aquarium with an interactive chat bot. By using the bot's commands in the live chat, you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple.

YouTube's rules come first

Shrimp Tank Live uses YouTube API Services. By using Shrimp Tank Live, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and YouTube's Community Guidelines apply to everything you do in the stream's chat. How YouTube handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. These terms only add to YouTube's.

The in-stream currency is not real money

Fair play

Please don't:

The channel operator and moderators may time out or block anyone, and may remove or reset that person's in-stream progress, at their discretion.

No guarantees

The stream, the cameras, and the bot are provided as-is by a hobbyist. They may be offline, buggy, or changed at any time without notice, and features may be added or removed. Nothing here is guaranteed to be available, accurate, or kept.

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the stream or the bot — which, since nothing here has monetary value, should be a short list.

Your data

What the bot records and how long it keeps it is covered in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the effective date above changes when they do. Continuing to use the bot's commands after a change means you accept the updated terms.
